Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout for most countries in the world. If you would like to purchase any of our products and your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will give you a quote.

Many products are handmade when an order is received. Production and shipping times are specified on the product page and on the order confirmation email you have received.

Transit times for the chosen shipping method is specified both at checkout and on the order confirmation email. Sometimes conditions outside our control, depending for example on final destination and period of the year, can cause delays. Please be patient!

Larger orders will be sent as parcels, while smaller orders will be sent as envelopes.

Once the order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email with the tracking number.

For shipments outside the EU, customers are responsible for all extra charges (such as import fees and taxes), if any. We suggest you to check it directly with your local authorities. Please be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you were not willing to pay any eventual fees, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for any additional cost required to return the package to us, plus an additional restocking fee.

For UK customers: due to new post-Brexit regulations, customers in the UK may only place orders with a total value (excluding shipping and VAT) of the equivalent of 135£ or more. Orders placed with a value below this threshold will be cancelled and refunded. If you have any questions regarding this, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to clarify further.

Warranty

Bonfus© products are fully guaranteed for 2 year, from the date the goods are received, against material defects and workmanship failure.
Our warranty will not cover products that have been modified and does not cover normal wear and tear, or secondary owners. Our products are designed and developed by outdoor enthusiasts like you who care about the quality and reliability of the gear you use. We will stand behind every single product we make, to be sure to make the process as smooth and simple as possible.

Return shipping for warranty is covered by Bonfus©. After receipt of the goods, a product inspection is carried out to verify the warranty claim.
Should the claim not be granted, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover shipping costs.

Repair and Replacement

Do you love your Bonfus© product and are ready to replace it after many adventures? Contact us and we can figure out a discount for you!

We produce ourselves the products we provide you. This mean we can take full control of the manufacturing process and directly check everything we make. But we are not perfect, and mistakes can happen! Should any of our products show signs of material defects of workmanship errors, we will be happy to replace it (of course free of charge!).

When it comes to damages caused by usage and normal wear and tare, unfortunately nothing lasts forever. We will gladly assist you in repairing your product. If you want to replace a product after it has ended its usable lifecycle, contact us and we can figure out a discount for you!

In some cases, we may offer you the option to use our courier for repair shipping. Please note that we offer this service as a way to reduce your shipping costs, and we do not bear responsibility for lost/damaged products to and from us.

Returns and Refund

Customers can return their order within 14 days after receiving it for a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We do not accept returns for custom or modified products, unless the product has defects covered by our warranty.

The returned goods should be in an intact original packaging, or in another packaging of comparable quality. The goods should be unused, without dirt, marks or damages of any sort and with all original labels intact.

Customers are responsible for arranging the return and covering shipment costs, as well as for damaged or lost parcels on the way back to us.

When we receive a returned item, we will inspect it and send a confirmation email to give further information about your return. If the abovementioned conditions are respected, the refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees they may have through their banks. If the received goods do not meet the aforementioned criterias, Bonfus© can, at its discretion and depending on the state of the returned goods, offer partial refund, or alternatively ship the product back at customers expenses.

Please contact us before sending a package so that we can know what the issue is. We may have an easy solution that doesn’t involve sending in your gear.
